ECOLARDER
This is Edinburgh’s first non-profit zero waste shop! The shop offers variety of pantry items such as pulses, nuts, spices, and oils as well as veggies and cleaning and beauty products including Ecover and Bio D refills. You can also make your own nut butter and orange juice! Ecolarder also has an online store with monthly
subscription boxes available. Ecolarder also organizes free zero waste workshops and super cheap yoga and meditation classes. Make sure to check out their podcast and blog for sustainable inspiration!

The Food Sharing Hub is Scotland’s first rescued food shop!
Working together with Tesco, Co-op and Waitrose, the Hub volunteers save surplus food by collecting them collect food from 6 local supermarkets preventing their unnecessary fate in the bin.
Simply come along to the Food Sharing Hub and sign up as a member of SHRUB Coop for as little as £1 a month. As a member you can fill one basket of food per day and pay as you feel.
