REWARDS • Mentors are rewarded from the successes of this program • Mentees are rewarded to see growth in their business • Sunshine Coast beneﬁts from business sustainability & growth, increased economic contribution and employment. Why would a business owner want to get involved with mentoring? It is always helpful to have someone to brainstorm a situation with, to help you discover what is needed to overcome barriers, improve and grow. It also helps to feel accountable to someone who will be there to check in on your progress. Who better to do this with than someone who understands the challenges, knows your market sector and has a wealth of experience in the world of business. The group of mentors have literally been there and done that in terms of starting, growing and leading businesses. The mentors have a diverse range of expertise ranging from IT to accounting and are assigned to mentees based on the particular challenges that the mentee identiﬁes.

Become a mentee nowThe minimum requirements are a valid ABN and current financial membership of a local Chamber of Commerce or associated business group.

The program is ideally suited to small to medium enterprises. Cost is $200 incl GST for 12 months of mentoring to those approved.

Become a mentorThe program is also taking on new mentors and the EOI form is available on the website.
