SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT Rev. Jeff M. Lane, Associate Pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in Lou-isville, Kentucky, has been invited by the Pastor Search Committee to preach on Sunday, October 22, in view of a call as the new Senior Pastor of Smithwood Baptist Church. Jeff was born in Knoxville and is a graduate of Carson-Newman University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Angela, also a graduate of Carson-Newman University, have three children, Noah (8), Emma (5) and Cora (2). The Pastor Search Committee is unanimous in this rec-ommendation.
