    HYPOTHESISI have assumed that before GPS devices and software, the company wfacing problems in managing the fleet, there assets were at different plawithout any security, case regarding theft was increasing gradually this wloss to company as well for clients. There was no proof that where is thevehicle, driver use to give wrong information about the location, so it wadifficult to give right information about the vehicle to clients and find rightransit time. Driver use to drive more than described hours of drive whicaffected the health of drivers and for Road transportation they are key a

    There were many problems regarding drivers and delivery time but Iassumed that with the GPS there were many changes that company, aswas safety guard for the company's assets, it even helped to have real tvirtual tracking of the loaded vehicles. So, after GPS there was reductiotheft cases and safety has increased.

    There I worked in all the departments of the company.

    I have learned how to handle Tender, actions through online mode: Rate QContract / Rate Agreement Creation and Maintenance and Tender Managem

    In key account department I Handed and coordinated with the different bcare of customers requirement, Managing the availability of vehicles in resbranches.

    Everyday I generate tracking report through GPS and mail to respective c

    Then I have to enter the LR details into ERP and then generate Bill from department and mail it to Key account where they forward it to clients,

    In accounts department I use to entry all the credit and debit entries and ievery week I use to do bank reconciliation.

    It is a joint Hindu family so Balance sheet was not available

    to make any financial analysis.

    They have not made any analysis regarding GPS and ERP s

    lack of secondary data.

    Only 2 modules of ERP is been used.

    CONCLUSION:There is distinct increase in satisfaction level by 37 %, 25-30% people felt

    improvement. This has led to more efficiency and cost saving.

    This has add on more security to there vehicles as well as there load.

    Clients as well as for company the profitability has increased it has saved ttransits delay.

    Right now company is using only 2 modules of ERP system, which has smo

    efficiency and managerial work for the company.

    This has increased storage of data safely and privacy is more strong.

    Still 3000 vehicles are not equipped with GPS system,
