Submission Guidelines: Submissions should be sent digitally via email to foundation@nwacc.edu. Please include “Your Name: Artist Submission” in the subject line as well as the following attachments:

o Completed submission form o Digital image(s) of your work

Must be. jpg or .pdf files with a minimum of 920 pixels at the smallest dimension. Images can be a maximum of 2 MB in size. Please name each image file with the Entry # of the piece. You must submit at least one image per entry and a maximum of two images per entry.

Deadline for submissions by 4:00 PM on December 12, 2016. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. Schedule and Deadlines: 2016 December 12 Submissions are due by 4:00PM to foundation@nwacc.edu.

2017 January 25 Artists are notified if submission(s) are selected for the month-long exhibition in April. February 27 Artists bios and photos due to NWACC Foundation. March 20-23 Selected ready-to-hang (or display) works must be delivered in-person to Two25 Gallery

during regular hours of operation or by appointment (contact Pam Tipton at 404-272-9791).

March 30 President’s Circle Art Preview Reception (President’s Circle members and guests, student artists, and faculty).

April 1-29 Exhibition at Two25 Gallery & Wine Bar.

April 14 Reception for artists and their family and friends hosted by Two25 Gallery & Wine Bar. May 2-4 Artwork not sold must be picked up during regular hours of operation or by appointment
