Statistical Quality Control tools are being widely used by the managers in the leading companies of the world for decision making by measuring, controlling and improving the quality of products, services and processes. Its main objective is to raise the skills and competence level of professionals so that they are in a position to fully understand the application of basic Statistical Tools to analyze problem, defects and errors, and identify root causes for implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
