History
• Operating since 1988 and Incorporated as a 501(c)3 in 1991.
• Grassroots, resident led, organizing to combat crime, drugs, and violence in Southeast Stockton.
• Targeted slumlords, and “problem houses”, taking possession and rehabilitate them to standards of livable housing.
• Collaboration with local police and government to reduce crime, violence, and substandard housing.
