Low-Cost Retreats for CCCA Member Staff

• $20 per room or cabin per night. • Applies to year-round staff and

their immediate families (spouse and dependent children); can also apply to a few staff families who travel together.

• Must be on staff at any current CCCA Mid-Atlantic or Allegheny Section member camp/retreat facility.

• If larger lodging facilities are reserved by multiple families, the

cost will be $20/night per family unit.

• Meals are provided at half the normal rate if they are also being served for other camp guests.

• Applies during non-peak times when the facility is not expected to be filled to capacity.

• Reservations subject to availability.• Group retreats or larger staff

gatherings will be held to the host camp’s group reservation policies.

• Costs and availability of any other services and activities will depend

upon the host camp’s policies.• The Allegheny Section of CCCA
