LEADERSHIP MATTERS by Roger Yancey, D.Min.
A host of resources and training is available to you and your church at the TEBA. On a regular basis we assist churches, ministry staff members, and lay leadership in a variety of ways. Training takes place both onsite at the local church or at the TEBA Resource and Conference Center. What follows is a partial list of some of the ways we can help your church or ministry team members.
Demographics & Values Reports. Every church in the TEBA can receive a free Demographic Report that includes a 3, 6 and 9 mile report radius. You will know who is presently in your ministry area and the Values they hold including worship style, denominational, teaching, and an assortment of other preferences and concerns.
Missional Strategy Development. We can help you understand where your church is in its Missional Strategy and how to develop an effective Missional Strategy. Through a process of self-assessment you will come to understand your present reality, its values, challenges, and how to move forward to a greater level of effectiveness.
Moving Your Church Forward. Want to understand why your church is at its present level? While every church is not supposed to be the same size they all have the responsibility to effectively impact their community. Allow us to help your church identify its present reality and what steps to consider moving it to a different level.
7 Habits of Highly Effective People. We all want to be good time managers and desire life-skills that allow us to make a lasting impact. On September 20-22, 2016 the TEBA will be providing this training for a cost of $189.00 to member churches of the TEBA. This training is normally valued at $1299.00 from other training providers. Prepare Enrich. Need an additional tool for your premarital or marital counseling ministry? The Prepare Enrich materials will provide you with an effective tool to assist couples in their personal growth. The Association is providing this training on October 11 for a cost of $99.00 to member churches of the TEBA with those outside will pay $190.00.
Ministry Staff and Lay Leadership Team Development. We provide a host of resources to assist you in your ministry team development. Whether this is for your fulltime, bivocational, or lay leadership team we can provide tailored training to meet your ministry needs. Our heart is for your church to have a healthy, productive, and healthy team. We can provide tools including:

Church Health. The TEBA is committed to helping your church family to be all that God intends. Through a consultation process that includes the access to a variety of tools and resources we can craft an individualized response to your church family to help is understand its present reality and future potential. Some of the tools available include the Church Health Survey, Natural Church Development, and the RESTART Process.
