S&T Group Overview

ManagementMichael Lanik has been Chief Restructuring Officer of the S&T Group since January 2011.

Martin Bergler joined the company in 1998. As a member of the Management Board, he is responsible for corporate finances and administration as Chief Financial Officer.

Peter Sturz has been with S&T since 2007. He manages the division Infrastructure solutions as Chief Operatina Officer (as from January 2009).

Peter Trawnicek has been Chief Operating Officer for the unit “Business Solutions” since February 2010. He is in charge of the consulting, software, development, application and outsourcing business at S&T.
