3.9 Alumni Engagement Programme Held on 6 December 2017, Wednesday, this pilot initiative was proposed for the SIS Alumni Affairs and Engagement Team to have more focused engagement with the different batches. The aim is to engage SPYs closely, and eventually so that more to participate in events and activities organized by SIS board. A shout out was done with some of the older batches, to bring together at least 15 pax in order for the board to engage effectively, and qualify for the $200 grant. The 2007 batch was then specially chosen as it is their 10th anniversary as PYs. The session had a fruitful outcome, as strategic networks were formed and the 2007 batch understood SIS’ activities and the role of the Board. More sessions were deemed necessary to ascertain the effectiveness of this model. But as the timeline was too lean and there were insufficient funds to conduct more pilots, the current term felt that it will be better to review this in the next term.
