29-30 March forty of our dedicated workers from the Children’s Day Centres and Elderly Care Projects travelled to Chisinau to take part in our spring training conference. We had 29 workers represenng 13 Day Centres and 11 workers represenng 10 Elderly Projects. Aſter opening both mornings with worship Mahew Skirton shared a challenging but encouraging message from Jeremiah, about persevering and being faithful to the work God has called us to do, even if we are not able to see the results we had first expected. The rest of the conference combined both theory (eg a leadership session called “How to Delegate Effecvely”) and praccal workshops (eg learning new craſts and games), as well as a special presentaon from AMEC (the Moldovan branch of Child Evangelism Fellowship). We also took me to relax together- seng aside me to spend in prayer, chang during coffee breaks and meal mes, and watching a film on Thursday night. “I have been to so many meengs and am so full of theory but the teaching methods at this conference were very praccal and I am full of new ideas to try when we get home,” said Igor who is a pastor at a church in Glodeni. We praise God for how well every session was received by our dear staff and pray that God will lead them and show them now how to use all that we have discussed and learned together. 29-30 March forty of our dedicated workers from

the Children’s Day Centres and Elderly Care Projects

travelled to Chisinau to take part in our spring

training conference. We had 29 workers

representing 13 Day Centres and 11 workers

representing 10 Elderly Projects.

After opening both mornings with worship Matthew

Skirton shared a challenging but encouraging

message from Jeremiah, about persevering and

being faithful to the work God has called us to do, even if we are not able to see the results we had first

expected.

The rest of the conference combined both theory (eg a leadership session called “How to Delegate

Effectively”) and practical workshops (eg learning new crafts and games), as well as a special

presentation from AMEC (the Moldovan branch of Child Evangelism Fellowship). We also took time to

relax together- setting aside time to spend in prayer, chatting during coffee breaks and meal times, and

watching a film on Thursday night.

“I have been to so many meetings and am so full of theory but the teaching methods at this conference

were very practical and I am full of new ideas to try when we get home,” said Igor who is a pastor at a

church in Glodeni.

We praise God for how well every session was received by our dear staff and pray that God will lead

them and show them now how to use all that we have discussed and learned together.
