Send your digital files for placement in the program to [email protected] by Feb 7th, 2021
UNLESS YOUR AD IS SUBMITTED AS CAMERA-READY, FINAL DECISIONS FOR AD DESIGN AND PLACEMENT WILL BE DETERMINED BY GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND ST. MICHAEL STAFF
• Your photograph(s) should be at least 4 x 6 inches in size at 300 dpi(a good hint is that your file should be at least 1 MB or larger in size)
• Please clearly identify participant by the ad size you purchased (Quarter, Half, Full), participant orsponsor name and sport in your email so we can match the file you send to the ad sheet submitted
• If possible, name the digital file you send the name of the participants or sponsor(for example. Jack Smith, Jones Buick) instead of St Michael Ad
• IF SENDING A FILE FROM A CELL PHONE, please be sure to select the original file size option to stopcell phone from automatically downsizing your file.
If you wish to submit a camera-ready ad, please submit the ad in the size you purchased as a JPGor PDF file at 300 dpi.
• 1/4 page - 3.7”W x 5”H or 7.5”W x 2.5”D 1/2page - 7.5”W x 5”H or 3.7”W x 10”D Fullpage - 7.5”W x 10”H
Full page bleed - 8.75”W x 10.25”H (safe image area .75” from all outside edges)
