Discover a variety of fi sh in our fully-stocked ponds including bass, bluegill, rainbow trout and more. Stop by the Market or the General Store to get permits, licenses, bait and all the equipment necessary for your day of fi shing!

HIKINGext 65033 | ▶ Massanutten’s Western Slope off ers more than thirty miles of trails for the outdoor enthusiast.

Note: Trail maps are available for purchase at the Rental Shop and the Front Desk. Proper ID is required for trail use.

Kaylor’s Knob TrailModerate, Blue Blazes | 2.5 miles( each way ) ▶ Th e northern counterpart to the Ridge Trail is rough and rocky. Kaylor’s Knob marks the turn-around point for this breathtaking out-and-back trail. Access to this trail is available from the Overlook parking area.

Ridge TrailDifficult, Blue Blazes | 4.5 miles ( one way ) ▶ Beginning at the wooden steps above the Overlook, this scenic trail winds along Massanutten’s rough and rocky ridge and joins the access road near the ski slopes. Th e trail ends with a magnifi cent panorama before making a steep descent down the slopes. Transportation back to the Overlook is necessary for those hiking the entire trail.

Rockingham Springs ArboretumEasy ▶ Th e Arboretum Trail in Hopkins Park is an easy walk with quiet places to sit and relax. Stroll along and Enjoy a variety of beautiful trees and plant life!
