of $10,000 or more. The SRC Chorus is completely self-funded through ticket sales and arts grants. The profits from the performances are then given to the SRC Foundation to support students seeking a higher education at the college.

“The SRC Foundation appreciates not only the monetary contributions from ticket sales but also the ambassadorship the participants provide,” said Colin Davis, Director of the Foundation. “The Chorus has over 100 members who spread the word about our organization every year.”

As a bonus this year, the SRC Community Chorus is featuring a concert by classically trained singers John L. Davis and Alison Richter-Meuth on February 21st. More information on this concert will be available soon.

The SRC Community Chorus’s next production is a musical revue, conceived by Carol Davis, entitled HOTEL HOLIDAZE. The show is influenced by the musical “Holiday Inn” and the comedy film “Funny Farm” and will be presented in April, 2016.

For more information about the Chorus, please go to www.src.edu/foundation and visit the Community Chorus page. You may also contact Carol Davis at [email protected]
