Sponsorship proposal forThe Smallest Rugby Club World Cup

Introduction
~ Tournament aimed at “one team clubs” across the world ~
~ Grass roots rugby participation ~
~ Organised by Racal Decca RFC ~
~ Commercially funded,” not for profit” event ~
~ Aimed at teams who uphold the core values of the sport ~
~ Minimum criteria for clubs wishing to participate ~
~ Supported by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) ~
SATURDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER 2015(Opening weekend of RWC 2015)
Option to carry over to Sunday dependant on the number of teams playing
Tolworth Court (Kingston University site)
Number of teams: Maximum of 30
Anticipated attendance: 1500 to 2000 per day
Ticket sales to spectators – Adults £3.00, Children free
Full catering and bar services on site
Sponsor merchandising units on site at the event
The Event
The Tournament
• Played under IRB 15 a side rules
• Groups of 5 teams
• Group games are 10 minutes each way
• Each team plays 4 group games
• Winning teams progress through, quarter,
semi and finals stages.
• Extra time of 8 minutes played in latter stages if
game drawn in normal time

Central hub of all activity on site during the event consists of a marquee structure with the following;
• Jumbo screens showing RWC 2015 matches - LIVE • Stage area for awards ceremony and presentations. • Also used for music and entertainment throughout
the event.• Fully Licensed bars with speciality beers and local
beverage selection.• Selection of quality food stalls serving both local
produce and a selection of ethnic and vegetarian food options
• Merchandising stalls
Sponsorship Categories
We are looking for sponsorship totalling £50k and have the following packages available:
Headline Sponsor Main sponsor – One only
Partner Sponsor
Partnership sponsors – Non competing categories – Maximum of 4
Supplier SponsorSuppliers of goods or services to the event – Maximum of 6
Headline PackageBENEFITS INCLUDE
• Headline Sponsor positioning at the event• 20x Full hospitality places at the event including all food and drink
• 50x Entry tickets to the event• Sponsor representative to present the trophy
• 4 x Header board positions in prime locations at the event.• (Sponsor provides the boards to SRCWC spec)
• Major listing of company name and logo on the event website (In Association with/ Supported by your company)
• Sponsor mentions at the event• Exclusivity of product and service at the event.
• 1 x merchandising stand at the event• Sponsor mentions in all PR and Press activity.
• Two full pages of advertising in the event brochure with Headline sponsor welcome.
• Sponsor photos with the winning team•Opportunities for company logos on shirts/ Jerseys, Balls etc (Additional fee)•Complimentary access for the sponsor and their guests to join the after event

• Partner status and positioning at the event• 10 x Full Hospitality packages to include all food and beverage
• 20 x Tickets to the event• 2 x Header board in prime locations at the event• (Sponsor provides the boards to SRCWC spec)• Company logos and listings on the website
• Sponsor mentions at the event• Exclusivity of product or service at the event.• 1 x merchandising stand at the event.
• Sponsor mentions in all PR and Press activity• One full page of advertising in the event brochure
