Conference venue Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel Brussels National Airport, 1930 Brussels Belgium Stand construction/dismantling periods Construction: 25th of March 2020: 09:00 to 17:00 Stands must be completed latest at 17:00 Dismantling: 26th of March 2020: 17:00 to 19:00 the stand must be completely cleared away It is not possible to store any exhibits or furniture after dismantling in the exhibition area. Exhibitor area Stands must be constructed and dismantled by your own staff. The size of your stand may vary according to your requirements. Space is allocated on a first come first served basis.
Payment CLEPA will send an invoice to the sponsor. The amount invoiced is to be paid by bank transfer at the latest 14 days after receipt of the invoice, to the account indicated on the invoice; the bank transfer must be marked “CLEPA Aftermarket Conference’’
Cancellation Sponsorships may be cancelled free of charge until January 13, 2020; Cancellation thereafter will incur a fee of 100%.
