Motion by Stotz seconded by Schlechter to approve the agenda with the change of moving the teacher negotiations up on the agenda . All voted aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schlechter and seconded by Stotz to enter executive session at 5:35 pm for SDCL 1-25-2 (4) Negotiations. All vot- ed aye. Motion carried. Nelson, Beitelspacher and M. Oxner left the meeting at this time. Executive session ended at 6:20 pm. Nel- son, Beitelspacher and M. Oxner returned to the meeting. These efforts have raised over $15000.00 to go toward new uniforms for the new sports co-op. Motion by Stotz and seconded by Oxner to move the June regular meeting from June 10th to June 5th at 5:30 pm. All voted aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schlechter and seconded by Stotz to vote for Steve Kubik for ASBSD Board Delegate. All voted aye. Motion car- ried. Motion by Stotz and seconded by Oxner to approve contract with the Bowdle Healthcare for PT, OT, and Speech therapy for 2019-20 school year with no increases. All voted aye. Schlechter abstained. Motion carried. Motion by Oxner and seconded by Stotz to approve the Restraint and Seclusion Pol- icy SDCL 13-32-20 as read. All voted aye. Motion carried. Mr. Serna reported that the greenhouse has been damaged from the snow. The proj- ect will be bid after the insurance appraisal is received. The bathroom remodeling in the Ag Building has started. Motion by Stotz and seconded by Schlechter to approve use of school buses by the Trap Team. All voted aye. Motion carried. Motion by Oxner and seconded by Stotz to approve use of the gym for the Public Library sponsored Hanson Family Juggling Group event that will be held July 12, 2019. All voted aye. Motion carried. Mr. Serna reported that the three school sports committee met March 20th and they are working on the agreement. Coaching applications are due April 17. They are working on setting up practice times and schedules and coaching salaries. Mr. Serna reviewed some of the legisla- tive bills of interest to schools. Motion by Stotz and seconded by Schlechter to approve use of the gym for Hospital Foundation Dinner to be held May 5th. All voted aye. Motion carried. Motion by Schlechter and seconded by Oxner to approve use of the school van for driver’s education to be held 06-12 through 06-21-19. All voted aye. Motion carried. The General Fund Cash balance was re-viewed and discussed.

Motion by Oxner and seconded by Stotz to loan $250000.00 to the General Fund from Special Ed account. The loan will be repaid in May after taxes are received. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Mr. Serna reported that the FCCLA and FFA students did well at their spring confer-ences. The Board wished to acknowledge and thank Tara Beitelspacher and the Pride of the Prairie for starting the Snow Bank Challenge. These efforts have raised over $15000.00 to go toward new uniforms for the new sports co-op.

Motion by Stotz and seconded by Oxner to move the June regular meeting from June 10th to June 5th at 5:30 pm. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion by Schlechter and seconded by Stotz to vote for Steve Kubik for ASBSD Board Delegate. All voted aye. Motion car-ried.

Motion by Stotz and seconded by Oxner to approve contract with the Bowdle Healthcare for PT, OT, and Speech therapy for 2019-20 school year with no increases. All voted aye. Schlechter abstained. Motion carried.

Motion by Oxner and seconded by Stotz to approve the Restraint and Seclusion Pol-icy SDCL 13-32-20 as read. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Mr. Serna reported that the greenhouse has been damaged from the snow. The proj-ect will be bid after the insurance appraisal is received. The bathroom remodeling in the Ag Building has started.

Motion by Stotz and seconded by Schlechter to approve use of school buses by the Trap Team. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion by Oxner and seconded by Stotz to approve use of the gym for the Public Library sponsored Hanson Family Juggling Group event that will be held July 12, 2019. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Mr. Serna reported that the three school sports committee met March 20th and they are working on the agreement. Coaching applications are due April 17. They are working on setting up practice times and schedules and coaching salaries.

Mr. Serna reviewed some of the legisla-tive bills of interest to schools.

Motion by Stotz and seconded by Schlechter to approve use of the gym for Hospital Foundation Dinner to be held May 5th. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Motion by Schlechter and seconded by Oxner to approve use of the school van for driver’s education to be held 06-12 through 06-21-19. All voted aye. Motion carried.
