Standart modul: 18 meters long / 1,80 wide / 2,40 meters high (modular grid pattern 2 x 2,40 m) 144 single reactors / app. 4600 liter/ 1 modul has 4 rows of V-reactors/ each 32 l

CO²- feed-compressor / energy consumption less than 1 kW/h (can be fed by photovoltaic collectors used as shading on the roofs of the greenhouses.

Outlet for the harvesting system. The pipes are attached at the bottom of each reactor unit.The bags are a special 3 layer combination and close around the pipes when perforated. It also can contain a layer for shading if needed ( extrem solar radiation!)

Algae-harvester for selective harvest from sizes 0.2 um to 20 um – capacity 1000 – 2200 l/hContinious CO² enrichment during harvest process. Algae too small for harvest are returned Into the reactor system.

With each harvest interval pulses of compressed air are send through the bio-reactor System loosening the algae for better transport through the pipes and with the samepreventing clogging.

Keramik filtration to harvest living algae species. They can be stored at -4° for uo to 2 Years. Hatcheries of fish breeding depend on this for their larvae.Necessary also for the start of new production.

It prevents the algae of getting sunburned!Contrary to all opinion that algae needs a lot of light, we have found out thar micro algae in bio-reactors need as much regulation of light as of all other organics for the best possible result. Open pond algae do not have the same quality or quantity as algae from reactor breeding.

The H- funnel system is a simple but very effective closed pond system. Here also we use multi-layer plastic foil in which air is being pumped into two differnt layers for stabilization. A unique and very simple water head system is producing a continious flow in the ponds, so no pumps are necessary.

Used foils, if not recycled, can be used to Produce a special granulate with of specificSurface, treated with bakteria enriched algae cultures for waste-water treatment.
