One of the most important services provided to our customers is delivering detailed, aesthetic designs of cafeteria layouts.To produce these Spaceright Europe employs a qualified Product Design Engineer who works with Schools and the Salesteam to create bespoke solutions and space plans. These designs are produced using modern 3D CAD programmes togive the client a detailed idea of how their environment will look and feel. The results of this can be seen below:

Spaceright Europe’s dedicated Account managers visit schools, meeting with the client to assess their needs and thenliaise with our Product Design Engineer to produce Layout plans. This service is provided free of charge to meet our customers needs, quickly and efficiently.

Spaceright Europe have a focused and creative Product Development team tasked with improving the product range,delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Using sophisticated modern 3D CAD engineering software, structuraland finite element analysis is performed on all new designs to ensure that the most efficient and high performing solutionis provided. Mobile Folding Furniture Care & Maintenance Plan

Your new tables carry an extended warranty. To keep the tables covered during the warranty period they requireyearly maintenance.

Spaceright Europe Ltd offer a table care and maintenance service plan, designed to make sure your tables are in optimumworking order.

The care and maintenance plan is an annual site visit from one of our experienced service engineers who will maintainthe tables to ensure that the current table warranty is not invalidated through neglect or misuse.

On his annual visit the service engineer will inspect, lubricate, clean and replace any defective parts with manufacturer’sparts and service all tables to manufacturer’s standards. He will check the service record book to make sure tables arebeing maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions. He will remind the customer of lubricating intervals and makesure they know how to carry out this vital procedure.

The costs:Annual charge of £300. covers up-to ten tables at one address with a subsequent charge of £30 per table for any additionaltables.

Any additional costs for parts or damages due to abuse, neglect or misuse that are not covered under the warranty willbe charged separately at current standard price plus labour.

What is not included

1. The care and maintenance plan does not cover additional callouts during the year.2. Consumables, missing parts and damaged parts due to abuse, neglect or misuse are not covered.3. The care and maintenance plan does not cover additional tables.
