This project is conceived in order to generate multiple benefits through a multifunctional structure.

The large canopy surface allows for the efficient installation of thousands of square meters of photovoltaic modulesof thousands square meters of photovotaic modules

The bearing structure is conceived so as to generate an optimized wind acceleration effect allowing for an aeolian energy source

The security walls surrounding the structure bring the additional benefit of an important noise-reduction effect

Where applicable, the structure’s canopy protects the road from snowfall and thus eliminates the need for winter maintenance

The bearing structure can easily accommodate for carrying a number of cables and other useful devices

Where applicable the roof also protects the highway coating from excessive heat and UV during the summer with a dramatically increase of its service lifetime.

The complete installation offers the possibility of installing emergency E-mobility energy stations

The canopy’s extensive surface can also be used as a water collector where appropriate, especially in arid areas

Delays may depend on the processes that can be undertakensimultaneously.

4 to 8 months will be necessary to be ready to submit the building permit. Acceptance from the Authorities is estimated to be given within 2 months.

If no legal oppositions are filed, this stage should be completed within a period of 6 to 10 months.

As the project benefits from strong local and Federal support, legal oppositions seem unlikely. If they were to occur, on the basis of current information, such oppositions would be refuted in less than a year.

Consequently, construction should realistically begin in less than 2 years.

• Property Registration Authority recording of the necessary ‘Authorization to build’approval (according to Swiss law DDPS is the ‘Droit Distinct de Propriété de Surface’) + creation of a mortage note (mandatory by Swiss law this is the ‘Création de cédule hypothécaire)

A number of assumptions included in a finalized business plan cannot be made before the building permit application process has been completed. Additional project funding mechanisms, such as crowd funding, presale of Green Energy and eventually an ICO also depend on this completion.

It is for this reason that this ‘Seed-Money Proposal’ has been created and is submitted to you.

CHF 700’000.- INITIAL INVESTMENTCONDITIONS AND INVESTOR’S ADVANTAGES

• This investment is proposed in the form of a convertible debt of CHF 700’000.--.• The convertibility - when proposed - remains at the investor’s discretion.• The offered interest rate is 4 % p.a..• Furthermore, the investor benefits from a bonus through royalties of 3 % on

the total income generated through merchandising operations, which will have been made possible thanks to this investment .

• The convertibility option includes a 20% bonus during the main fundraising process.

Hypothetical example

1. If each share of the project’s company is offered for CHF 1000.-- ;

2. The conversion of the above CHF 700’000.-- would permit the acquisition of 700 shares + 20 % being a total of 840 actions.

In the event a blockage of the Fully project, the investor will benefit from the following collateral

In case servipier aG decides to realize the project in another country with better underlying conditions (sunshine, resale energy price …), the investor can opt to either remain involved in this alternate project or request reimbursement of the principal.

In the highly unlikely case of the definitive cessation of the Fully project or any other project – In Switzerland or abroad - , project’s full project design and studies would be resold at an estimated price of more than EUR 5’000’000.-- to an international group active in the metallic construction and infrastructure management industry.

We also consider this «Seed Money Proposal» as a stepping stone to the long term substantial investment into the main infrastructure implementation of Swiss EnergyPier.

Seed Money will allow for the necessary preparatory steps without which the launch of construction of the Fully Project will not be possible. In order to reward early Seed Money investors, we will offer them a three month exclusive pre-emptive right to invest in the main proposal.

As the Fully Project relies on the Seed Money investment per se, potential main project investors will not be able to access this opportunity without considering prior Seed Money investments.
