THE STORY OF BARTIMAEUS
Bartimaeus was a blind man who could not
work. He had to beg for his food and
shelter.
One day, he had heard that Jesus was coming to town. He truly believed in and loved Jesus very
much.
Jesus said, “Of course I will. You believe in God and have shown so much faith. Stand up and go and see the world.”
A dice and an ice cube or even some blocks are known as cubes.A coke can, a can of soup and a peanut butter jar are examples of a
cylinder.
A baseball, marbles and a basketball are called spheres.
A paperweight and an Egyptian pyramid are examples of a pyramid.
We went shopping in our classroom and we were given some food
catalogues and an amount of money to spend.
Each group chose items to buy and we used a calculator to work out how much money we spent. We have also learnt we can make different amounts of money using different coins.
