• Key: Lack of validation (vs. GLF)• Inconsistent uptake by clinical managers and
shortage of feedback from pharmacists• Lack of advanced practice standards for senior
pharmacists• Does not explicitly assess consistency of
performance
Future Steps (Lessons Learned)• Tool validation (improving performance)– Prospective evaluation (baseline & repeat
measures)– Consider rating performance of each evaluated
