OPERATING RULES Winter 2011/2012Visitors are recommended to get through operating rules.

Purchase and validy of ski tickets:• Prices are in €, VAT included. The rates are subject to change without prior notice. • All ski tickets of both resorts, other than thoose specially marked in the pricelist, apply to ski slopes in both ski centres. • Free of charge skiing for children under 6 (born in 2006 or later) with parents. • Children's ticket valid until the age of 14 (born in 1998 or later). • Youth between 14. and 19. (born between 1997 and 1997).• Seniors over 65 (born in 1947 or earlier).• Discounted tickets – for children, youth, seniors, students, members of AS, GRS, ZUTS, SZS, ISIA, IVSI, OKS are valid upon presentation of adequate evidence of age or status. The tickets are valid only together with evidence of age or status. • Ski passes purchased in advance (daily, 5x oz. 10x daily in season) are valid for two winter seasons. The axpired ski passes can be renewed by payment accordin to the price list (adults, youth, senior 8 eur/1 day, children: 6 eur/1 day). The newly purchased ski passes remain valid for one year. Still valid ski passes cannot be renewed.• No compensation for lost tickets available.• Any misuse of tickets shall be penalized in accordance with the provisions of the operating rules.• Ski tickets from Monday to Friday are valid

only for Rogla.• Ski passes and use od ski slopes Rogla and Krvavec are possible only under current operating rules which are published on the web sites of both resorts.• Key cards Rogla – Krvavec are personal

property. From season 2011/12 are no longer refundable. There is no deposit 6,00 € refund. Key cards can be used for new season ticket for season 2011/12.

Cross-country tickets information:• Start and finish area of the cross-country polygon is free of chargefor all users.• Benefits for season cross-country ticket:

30% discount for the dish Pohorski lonec in Koča na Jurgovem restaurant or in Dom na Pesku cottage, 50% discount for sauna on Rogla, 30% discount for swimming in Terme Zreče Spa, 30% discount for Sauna village in Terme Zreče Spa, 1x daily tea in Pizzerija Planja restaurant, 1x weekly quick service of cross-country skies between 11am and 15pm (liquid wax), 50% discount for season

rental of ski depot by the cross-country polygon.

• Season alpine ski pass is valid also for the cross-country skiing.

Family Season Ski TicketFamily:• married couple, parents or life companions

with children and/ or youngsters, who offi-cially live at the same address,

• in family package max. 4 tickets can be bought,

• the 5th member of family or more, gets free ticket (the key card has to paid 10,00 €), but only for children,

• family package (all 18 packages) can be used only when all the tickets are bought at the same time. It is necessary to show the valid dokument which proofs the residence on the same address.

Categories: • child: 6 - 14 years, • children, younger than 6 years, get free

ticket (The key card has to be paid 10,00 €), • youngster: 15 to 18 years. Partner ticket: • valid only for married couples or life compa-

nions, who officially live at the same address. It is not valid for kombination with parents, realtives or friends. It is necessary to show the valid dokument which proofs the resi-dence on the same address

Tickets for grandchildren: • ticket can be bought in relation with inde-

pendant season ticket of grandparents or partner ticket of grandparent. Max 2 gran-dchildren tickets can be bought in relation to one grandparent.

Special combinations:• persons from 19 to 25 years, who are not

working, can buy tickets from packeges in category youngsters. It is necessary to show the valid dokument which proofs the residence on the same address and valid students card.

• separated parents and their biological chil-dren, who don't live at the same address,can use special offers for families with showing the appropriate evidence documents.
