When booking your group reservation, please note that
dates come with a food and beverage revenue
guarantee. Minimums do not include our service charge
or sales tax and may vary based on the day of the week
and time of the year.
EVENT GUARANTEES
Siro will need to receive your final guest commitment
72 business hours prior to each of your events, otherwise
the expected guest count will become the guarantee.
SERVICE CHARGE .APPLICABLE TAX
Services listed in the packet are subject to a 24%
service charge and appropriate sales tax.
ADDITIONAL SET UP FEE MAY APPLY
CONFIRMING RESERVATIONS
In order to reserve the space for your group event
a confirmation form will need to be signed and
faxed back 3 days after the original is sent to you.
MENU ITEM CHANGES
Siro is dedicated to sourcing local, seasonal and
fresh ingredients. In the event that a product is
provided that does not suit our standards changes
to the menu will occur.
