    Our executive board *of* our core group, will carry out a variety of functions that are integral to cleanup, programming, art, fiscal, meeting, and administrative activities.

    There will be plenty of opportunities to augment this organizational core with other functions (social media, website, outreach).

    Executive board (supplied to IRS Form 1023-EZ): - Christian Huelsman, executive director

    - Derek Scacchetti, director of programming - Jenny Roesel Ustick, art director - Matt Jacob, treasurer - Kristen Race, secretary

  • 3. Finalizing board nominations

    Our board of directors will oversee the good fiscal & organizational sense of the core group.

    Board positions will give offered to elected parties who exhibit good business sense, an existing relationship with SiOS, and present a diverse set of resources that will guide us to success.

    Pre-meeting nominations: - Matthew Andrews (City of Cinti DOTE) - John Back* (Wellmanns Brands, ArchNATI) - Marissa Burroughs (KCB) - Terry Grundy (DAAP, former United Way)

    We now have KEYS for office/storage space at Tri-State Wholesale Building Supply!

    - 1550 Central Ave - Loading dock access - Office area near restrooms - Separate storage room - 24/7 access

    Best date for a tour? Setting a date for move-in?

Cincy Sundaes Alley Pallet Signage Project - Free supply of 40x48 pallets from City - Call for artists for design submissions - Selections executed at workday in Coral/Drum - Exhibition of designs at Coral/Drum event for August, eco-themed Second Sunday on Main - Deadline for project submission: June 14 - Cincy Sundaes: June 28 @ Braxton Brewery

  • 6. Event planning to activate alleys

    Eton Place - Proposal: Eton Place Pop-up

    - Rhinegeist relationship w/ Deeper Roots - Installation on south wall of brewery from Artist-in-residence Mary Baxter - Past success within brewery with Gilpins Steamed Grub as food vendor

    - Option for walking tour meeting up & retreat at alley location (built-in audience)

    - Coral & Drum Alleys in Over-the-Rhine - Working to reopen barricaded dead end

    Coral Alley space - Past event: Final Friday art gallery collab with Art Academy & Urban Sites - Proposal: seek access to rear of Urban

    Sites private garage for complementary gallery space during events

    South Wendell Alley - Accumulation of poison ivy in remaining

    areas of distress along alley edges - Likely one to two dumpster loads left to remove (mostly dirt and overhead foliage - Relaunch plans to petition for reopening stairway as a community gateway? - Immediate volunteer interest from Alpha Rho Chi fraternity & Microsoft
