We look forward to hosting your event and to seeing all the

beautiful images from your photographer! Please contact

your Catering Sales Manager to discuss any group photos

you wish to take in the public space. We will discuss the

areas you can reserve and the timing to avoid any conflicts.

OUTSIDE VENDORS

All vendors must be submitted to, and approved by the

Hotel. All vendors are responsible for the proper load-in and

load-out of their own equipment. Vendors may not use hotel

resources for loading, nor will they be able to use hotel

equipment to provide services. Outside AV services must be

fully self-sufficient, and will not be able to connect directly

to any hotel equipment, such as existing monitors, house

sound, or lighting.

Load-in staging and parking of vendor vehicles is not the

responsibility of the hotel. Vendor parking will not be

validated by hotel, unless otherwise requested by the client,

and will then be charged to the event master account.

MENU TASTING

Complimentary cake consultation to be hosted by our Pasty

Chef. Complimentary Menu Tasting for up to four people,

scheduled Monday – Friday at 5:00pm no more than three

months prior to event. Menu tasting will be provided for

couples purchasing a plated dinner reception. Wine within

package will be available to taste upon request. Additional

guests at tasting will be charged $75 per person, if

participating. Specialty cocktails, upgrade wine selections,

vegetarian options, late night snacks, stations, additional

menu items or other personalized requests may be included

in your tasting at additional costs.

MENUS – LET’S MAKE IT PERSONAL

Dietary restrictions may be accommodated upon request, if

notified in advance. Additional fees may apply for special

orders or preparations.

Customizations to package options can be determined with

your Catering Manager prior to contract. We take allergies

very seriously. It is the Groups responsibility to notify the

Hotel of the guests name, contact information + known

allergy restrictions in advance of the event.

ADDITIONAL MEALS

Children’s Meals are available for 25% per child (prior to sales

tax/service charge). We consider a child to be 12 years of age

or younger + there will be no charge for children under 2

years.

Cake Cutting Fee of $9 per person for outside cakes.

Vendor Meals are available for $30 Per Person (prior to sales

tax/service charge).

BARTENDERS

One bartender is required per every 50 guests at your event

with bar service.

Additional labor charges may apply for additional services

requested, including, but not limited to, added bartenders

beyond hotel standard ratio, cashier fees for cash bar

PRE-PLANNING:

Coordinate your menu tasting 2-3 months prior to your

wedding

Be a consultant for all items relating to food and beverage

to finalize Event Orders

Create room layouts and overall venue logistics

Confirm timeline, vendor list , and final menu within 1-2

months prior to wedding date

Review of deposits, receipts, and event billing

Provide references for vendors upon request

Informs vendors of the proper load-in procedure

Arrange a call or meeting with you within 30 days to review

Event Orders

DAY OF EVENT:

Will receive your vendors and show them areas to set up

upon arrival to venue

Will help direct your guests in finding their seats when the

door opens, if required

The events manager typically leave after the main entrée

has been served

The banquet manager will be onsite to ensure a flawless

event for you and your guests

Should a wedding planner not be hired, the Events Manager

may assist in placing programs, place cards, party favors

and set out personal items such as cake knife/server and

toasting glasses

Infrequently, extenuating circumstances may occur where

the original Events Manager may not be available. A

replacement will be provided and you will be notified. Rest

assured, the hotel will execute a flawless event. The Event

Orders record the intricate details of your wedding that

have been planned well in advance

immediately following event.

VALET PARKING

Pull-up and conveniently valet park at the hotel.

Overnight parking is $43 per vehicle with in- and out-

privileges for up to 24 hours.

Same-day event parking can be organized via parking

vouchers. Pricing available at time of booking, billed to

Master Account and are valid for up to 6 hours. Self-parking

options are located nearby – feel free to ask for

recommendations!
