    Thus   January 13, 2015 , Kibing Group (M) Sdn. Bhd was established to

    operates as a subsidiary of Zhuzhou Kibing Group Co., Ltd. based in Malaysia

    Zhuzhou Kibing Group Co Ltd: Wholly owned Singapore-based sub-

    subsidiary completed acquisition of 100 pct stake in KIBING GROUP (M)

    SDN.BHD, for 2 ringgit from two individuals on Jan. 13. 2015. Sub-subsidiary

    injected 399,998 ringgit into the target company.

    ibing Glass is one of the leading glass manufacturers in China. It

    was founded in 1988 and listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The

    company employs 8,000 plus employees leading by the experienced

    management team.

    There are six production bases with twenty-one float glass lines located in

    Central and Southern China. With the large glass output of 12,800 tons

    (about 640 containers) totally per day, Kibing Glass meets the needs of

    architectural, residential, interiors, solar and other glass applications

    through stable lead time and reliable service.

    Kibing Glass stands behind their products, its products are well certified by

    SGCC (Safety Glazing Certification Council) for USA Market, CSI

    (Certification Solutions International) for Australian market and CE

    (European Conformity) for European Market.

    With the intention to offer the best glass products and professional service

    to all of the global customers, Kibing Glass (Singapore) was established in

    January 2014. It owns the experienced local staff in Singapore and, with

    our supporting technicians from the headquarters in China

    With an initial investment of about RM600 million, Zhuzhou Kibing Group

    Co. Ltd., will acquire Siemens factory started production in respect of

    products of high quality glass and mirrors for use in construction, in addition

    to transportation needs and market demands.

    The Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan who witness the signing of

    an agreement with the State Government of Negeri Sembilan with Zhuzhou

    Kibing Group Co. Ltd., and also between Samsung Corning Precision

    Materials Group Co. in Zhuzhou Kibing Ltd., in China said the presence of

    high-tech companies into the state very welcome.

    "The government is encouraging investment where the investment

    companies such as France, Safran Messier Dowty Buggati Malaysia Valley

    Sendayang technology that produces carbon aircraft brakes.”

    Ride on wide opportunities of Kibing investment, Taman Lega Development

    Sdn Bhd in collaborations of their subsidiary Konsortium Anugerah PLT had

    invest an appropriate resources to complement the demand of raw material

    and further import-export facilities.

    The development of the facilities will be constructed on Lot 4010 Mukim

    Jimah, Daerah Port Dickson, to capture approximate 40% of overall demand.

    which returned positive impact on the development potential.

    Site registered as lot 410, Mukim Jimah, Daerah Port Dickson,

    Negeri Sembilan.

    The nearest town within 10 minutes drive is Lukut, Port Dickson.

    Located in the heart of developing Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia which is

    HE LAND PARTICULAR 

    Site comprise of 455 plots of converted land titles which

    sum area approximately 207 acres or 837, 522 sq m.

    The Development Order approval has been obtained

    from the State Planning Authority and bearing the

    reference 12345656.

    The land had been registered with the land office and

    had been converted for various land use ie; Landed

    Residential Lots, Residential Apartment and Industrial

    Lots.

    Despite the adjacent established development i.e; Spring Hill

    Development, the site still surrounded by palm oil plantation

    which brought in the feeling of air freshness to the site.

      The thick plantation screened air breeze and

    noise derived from the busy Seremban   –  Port

    Dickson highway nearby.

      The southern side of the area is river frontage

    which balance the tropical climate of almost 35

    degree Celsius in daytime and about 25 degree

    Celsius at night time.

      The straight of Malacca is only a distance away

    and the sea breeze freshness could be felt

    especially at higher level at anytime.

      The existing vegetation is secondary jungle and

    could be easily clear off with minimum cost.

      There is a small river or active stream naturally

    passing through the site which naturally makes

    the site drainage system manageable and the

    site would not become flood prone area.

    XISTING GEOGRAPHY ITE TOPOGRAPHY

    Based on physical observation, the preliminary earthwork had been done

    to the site by previous owner.

    Therefore the site is generally flat land.

    o   The current level is matching with the

    neighbouring lot

    o   No sign of flood observed at site or neighbouring lot.

    o   No slope cutting observed along the site boundary.

    o   The level were cut to manage the surface water into the stream

    which flowing to Lukut River.

    o   The surrounding oil palm plantation estates owned by an

    established Group of Company.

    o   The drainage were well designed which avoiding surface water from

    flowing to the proposed site.

    o   The site are sitting onto reasonable level irrelevant to the high tide

    sea and river level.

    o   The high tide marker at river bank shown the site are very much

    safe for a property development.

    o   At the southern side of site, some part of river bay had been formed

    along the river bank by the previous owner.

    o   No sign of erosion to the river bank even though the earthwork had

    been carried out sometime about 10 years ago. It shows the stability

    of river bank .

    The exist ing topography are a lmost match the proposed layout as such

    cost for infra works would be reasonable fora development

    Obviously could be access from Jalan Lukut to Sepang.

    17km from KL International Air Port (KLIA) provides nearest

    international access.

    Linked KLIA via   Jalan Nilai   Sepang passing the

    remarkable International Formula 1 Circuit and take left at

    the junction of  Jalan Sepang  Lukut

    Linked to the Senai International Airport via the

    established North South Highway, exit Seremban / Port

    Dickson and continue to Seremban Port Dickson Highwayfor anther 10 minutes to exist Lukut Town.

    Linked to Penang International Airport would be via the

    same North South Highway exit Nilai. Taking Jalan Nilai  – 

    Sepang or exit Seremban / Port Dickson as the above.

    The site laid about 5 minutes drive from Lukut Town.

    15 km away from Internationally well known tourist sport, Port

    Dickson.

    XISTING INFRASTRUCTURE

      The site is located some 200 m away from the busy main road

    Sepang –  Lukut.

      The neighbouring plantations are equipped with electricity for the

    workers accommodation and estate management.

      The main electrical supply are bypassing the site entrance.

      The current nearest load are only for the nearest housing and a

    row of occupied 2 storey shop house few meter away from the

    entrance.

     Electrical supply are ready for tapping as the site is linked to

    developed area.

      The main water supply are available along Jalan Sepang –  Lukut.

    The domestic supply reach the workers accommodation and

    estate management in neighbouring lot.

      The nearest existing road is 132 ft wide Jalan Sepang –  Lukut.

     The internal 20 ft metalled road are available around the site

    serving the plantation requirement.

      The site are located to natural Lukut River. As such designing

    drain discharge would not be an issue. a development.

    Dickson.

      Port Dickson is a well known

    International sea side tourist sport.

      The growth of Port Dickson are reaching

    Lukut Town of which only 5 minutes

      The growth of Port Dickson and

    Seremban naturally changed the main

    economic activity of Lukut.

      Lukut was earlier plantation based town

    was changed to tourism based town

    since about 5 years ago.

      The growth of town was significantly be

    seen since last 3 years where new

    commercial building and hotel were being

    built at Lukut town itself.   The wave of tourism had reached Lukut

    and property developers are actively

    spending at places around Lukut to

    contribute in the growth.

      The most recent and popular hotel is the
