EASYPAY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS–EasyPay allows you to pay your Lib-erty Utilities (“Liberty”) account (“account”) automatically. Available services under EasyPay include reoccurring payments. Liberty reserves the right to modify or discontinue any or all services or features of EasyPay at any time without notice, or to offer specific programs only to customers meeting applicable qualifications. In the event that your bank or financial account (“bank account”) information changes for any reason, you are obligated to promptly notify Liberty and provide your updated bank account information. EasyPay is a program that enables payments to occur automatically according to a specified frequency. Although Liberty will not add charges for your participation in this program, you are solely responsible for the accu-racy of your current banking information and for payment of any charges added to your bank account by your bank or financial institution because of your participation in EasyPay. If your payment is rejected, Liberty reserves the right to pass through approved charges assessed for such rejection and returned payment fee on your next bill. Your financial institution may im-pose other charges for which you will be liable. Liberty also reserves the right to terminate your participation in EasyPay if your payment is rejected more than once within any consecutive 12-month period. Additionally, you are responsible for any Internet service fees that may be as-sessed by your telephone company and/or Internet service provider. The deduction will occur on the due date of your water bill. Authorization will remain in effect until you notify Liberty 15 days in advance of your payment due date to cancel or change bank account information. You authorize Liberty to deduct the balance due on your Liberty account from your bank account.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DEL PROGRAMA EASYPAY–EasyPay le permite pagar su cuenta (“cuenta”) con Liberty Utilities (“Liberty”) de manera automática. Los servicios que se ofrecen con EasyPay incluyen pagos recurrentes. Liberty se reserva el derecho de modifi-car o descontinuar cualquiera o todos los servicios o características de EasyPay en cualquier momento sin previo aviso, o de ofrecer programas específicos solamente a los clientes que cumplen con los requisitos correspondientes. En caso de que la información de su cuenta ban-caria o financiera (“cuenta bancaria”) cambie por alguna razón, está usted obligado a noti-ficárselo inmediatamente a Liberty y a proporcionar la información actualizada de su cuenta bancaria. EasyPay es un programa que permite hacer pagos automáticos con la frecuencia que se especifique.
