    1. Implementation (Generals)

    Includes These activities are included for every service item:

    Unpacking the delivery Inventory checking of the delivery and discrepancy reporting Preparation of documentation for the work performed under the specific service item as part

    of the site folder or link folder Waste disposal including transportation, recycling of the waste according to our

    environmental requirements and cleaning of the site in relation to and in the scope of the works performed under the specific Service Item.

    Installation planning activities for base station or transmission sites, which may include the following

    Preparation of Site Layout drawings and sketches based on existing site documentation and drawings as part of the Site Folder for one network element or a site with all related equipment (DC power supply, 19-inch frames or cabinets, feeder and antenna lines, antennas, peripherals, lamp panels).

    Listing of Ancillary Materials and determining their quantities (can be part of the Site Folder or Link Folder) for the site or the network element and all related equipment.

    Implementation supervising activities for a network element being implemented on a Base Station or Cellular Transmission or core site, which may include the following

    Supervising of implementation activities at site in line with local implementation processes (including participation in the Pre Installation Site Meeting (PSIM), coordination of the implementation activities at the site.

    Verification of delivery-, installation-, commissioning-, integration- and customer signoff phases according to the contract scope.

    First line technical assistance for field teams and act as main contact with project team for fault resolution.

    Reporting of site-specific implementation progress to project management and updating of project tools.

    Controlling, scheduling and progress monitoring of field based implementation resources.

    Compilation of Site or Link Folder from documents created in course of the implementation throughout the implementation process until customer signoff.

    Ensuring the site quality.

    Excludes These activities are excluded from the service item, if not indicated in the includes section of that specific service item

    2. 00033403 C antenna line (For complete Feeders Per site) Commissioning of antenna line

    Service Commissioning of the antenna line in its complete length including antenna measurements. Project specific processes and work instructions with limitations and thresholds to be reached are applicable and will be defined accordingly. The interface for the measurements (top of BTS or internal jumpers) will be defined from the project. As standard measurements can be counted tests such as Return Loss, Cable Loss, Antenna Isolation Test and Distance To Fault. The measurement equipment such as SiteMaster has to be calibrated and must fulfill the specifications given from the project.

    Excludes Installation of antenna. Installation of antenna line Installation of active and passive antenna line components, such as Bias Tee, MHA, diplexer, triplexer, combiner, etc. Testing of any other equipment than feederline and antenna.

    Installation of Flexi base station RF modules including casing, fixing of earthquake protection screws, front and back covers if applicable.

    Installation of grounding cable between Flexi base station RF module and Flexi base station plinth or the nearest grounding point with fixing accessories (cable ties) including testing of the complete cable run if applicable.

    Installation of delivered internal power cabling between Flexi base station RF modules and system module, including fixing accessories (cable ties).

    Installation of delivered internal databus cabling between Flexi base station RF module and system module, including cleaning of optical connectors and fixing accessories (cable ties).

    Preparation and Installation of Jumpers (including clamps and Weather proofing) as required on site from the RF module to the Antenna.

    Testing of the Jumpers (VSWR etc) if required and attach test report. Installation of RDSA cables and FO cables between 2G and 3G modules as per given site configuration

    Re-configuration / Re-commissioning of existing 2G BTS if required

    Azimuth and Tilt Adjustment for antennas if required on site.

    Conduct PAT, prepare and submit all PAT documents and Clear all the HW snags from the Punch List

    Any other related work required on site for complete Implementation

    All the coordination with NSN and Mobily staff to complete the Implementation work
