    1. PurposeThe purpose of this Specification is to specify minimum standards for First Aid Kits to be used onINDOSAT projects.

    This Safety Instruction is mandatory for all personnel and teams that will enter Indosat sitesinclusive of Internal personnel, Vendor personnel, Approved Service Provider Personnel, Sub-contractor personnel, Consultant personnel, and any other third party personnel.

    2. Document Control, updating.This Safety Instruction will be constantly reviewed and updated as and when necessary

    3. SpecificationThe First Aid Kits herein recommended, are available locally in the Republic Indonesia and arerecommended by Palang Merah Indonesia and conform to HSE 1997.The contents should be maintained and replaced as and when they are used, so that the First Aid Kitis always fully stocked.It is recommended that users sign for the item that they need and the date and time recorded.The First Aid Kit should be stored in such a place that the contents are readily accessible whenrequired and will not deteriorate due to exposure to hot temperatures.The recommended contents are:

    4. Maintenance RequirementsAn internal company procedure should be implemented so that the First Aid Kit is checked every 6months, by a responsible person or Manager.The list of items (inventory List), should indicate the Expiry Date of all items.All Items shall be checked and replaced if they will expire prior to the next scheduled check.The inspecting Manager shall sign the inventory and date, in accordance with the date of inspection.

    5. Choice and selection of First Aid KitsThe appropriate First Aid Kit should be selected based on whether it is for the individual, or a team.
