BOP HOSE ASSEMBLY
1. Description: the hose for well control-high-pressure, fire-resistant
and heat-insulation hose assembly is mainly used for the hydraulic
control of the BOP for drilling and for hydraulic transmission at
high-temperature and flammable place in the metallurgic industry.
2. Product classification: high molecular polymer jacket type, stainless
steel armored jacket type and braided stainless steel wire jacket type. 3. Applicable standard: API Spec 16D & SY/T5053.2-2002.

FLEXIBLE CHOKE & KILL PINELINE
1. Applicable to connection at locations when drill
platform, semi-submersible drilling vessel or drilling
vessel moves relatively and the installations of the drill
rig subsequently change and to delivery of oil, gas, mud
and other high pressure media (including mainly relief
line,blowout control line and choke & kill line).
2. Applicable standard: API Spec 16C &
SY/T5323-2004.
3. The product features resistance to high pressure,
thermal insulation, anti-flaming and fire resistance as
inner wall with high abrasion resistance.

SUPERHIGH PRESSURE TESTING PIPELINE 1. Superlight pressure testing pipeline is special line for
high-pressure and super high test devices, The product is partially
made of manometer material, resistant to high pressure and
impact, The pipeline is tough and firm in construction, free of
deformation umber high pressure, and of long service life.
2. Construction: The inner core of the pipeline consists mainly of
nanometer elastomer. The center of the pipeline is steel wire
armored reinforcing layer and bond line in nanometer elastomer.
The outer layer of the pipeline is the outer protective coat made mainly from nanometer elastomer
and carbon fiber.
3. The pipeline allows a pressure up to 150Mpa and 50m in length.

ROTARY HOSE SERIES
1. Purpose: suitable for rotary hose for flexible connection between the top of the drilling riser and
the vertically systems, and for the adjustment of installing error between the drilling pump line and
the riser for the connection and vibration isolation. It is also suitable for delivering in large
quantity at high pressure, water-based or oil-based mud with the min. aniline point at
660Cpumped out of rotary drilling equipment. Moreover, it resists to corrosion of hydrogen sulfide
and delivers water, oil, mud and other high-pressure media in borehole operation in oil field.
2. Construction: It made of inner sub or stainless steel armor inner tube, carbon fiber reinforce sub,
middle sub, steel wire reinforce sub (Steel cauterization line reinforce sub), and carbon fiber outer
sub.
3. The product is classified into steel wire reinforcing type and steel link Line reinforcing type.
Single steel wire reinforce hoses apply for well site ground. Steel wire reinforce model apply for
long-term altitude suspense.
4. Applicable standard: API Spec 7K & SY/T5469-92.

HIGH \ MIDDLE \ LOW PRESSURE UNION
Introducing of international advanced technology, high pressure
union is forged by high tensile alloy steel. Strict heat treatment
ensures joint’s uniform metallographic microstructure as well as
pressure bearing ability. All materials conform to ASTM and AISI.
Technical data are subject to API Spec 6A standard. The union
obtains abilities of reliable sealing, convenient handling and
good changeability. Joint threads can match pipeline or tubing.
Butt welding or non-pressure sealing end joint is adopted.
Union Model 100
Precise linear sealing junction surface ensures reliable pressure sealing. The union is applied for
low pressure manifold where work pressure should be no more than 1000psi.

Union Model 1003
Union model 1003 is matched with a globular seat which provides 71/2 degree of off-centering or
angular adjustment, maximum off-center degree is up to 15°. Except for fitting between steel joints
surface, chemigum O ring ensures air tightness at any off-center position of connection.
Union model 1003 can be used for misaligning high pressure lines, and applies to mediums of air,
water, oil, mud or gas.

Chicksan is forged from high-strength alloy steel and heat-treated, providing the service life at rated operating pressure and long service life. It allows connection at the ends with LP female thread or union. And it is suitable for various types of pipe installation.
CROSSOVER UNION
Crossover unions change the dimension of the inner chamber of pipe flow channel. For the standard connection of the ends, the American acme thread (STUB or NATL) and the pipe thread for LP Petroleum pipelines apply. The reducer unions are forged from high-strength alloy and rigorously heat-treated, providing the durability and bearing capacity.
