The Samson Group Business Model Given the current skills shortage in the mining and resources industry, we believe a business model centred on the development of our people, ensures their viability and success. Implementation of this strategy involves three phases:

1. Strategic Alliance 2. Joint Ventures 3. Ownership

By entering into strategic alliances, the Martu People can deliver and provide a unique opportunity for on-the-job training and mentoring for community members, resulting in a fully qualified and skilled workforce. By adopting this approach, financial risk involved in contractual performance will be mitigated as will the necessity for significant capital or operating expenditure. Over time, these strategic alliances, where applicable, can develop into joint ventures, with a view for Martu Ownership being the ultimate goal.
