Ice BreakerCultural/Identity Linking
• Cultural Experiment.
– close your eyes and look into the "inner mirror of yourself".
– Examine what culture means to you and what you think of as your own cultural
identity.
– Look for the cultural identities you claim and, when you are ready, open your eyes and
look around the room.
– Find someone nearby that you think may share a cultural identity with you.
– Approach that person and try to find a cultural commonality
– Afterwards share with the group some of the cultural commonalities that you found
between each other.
