Soft meals are available; these are pureed for easier swallowing. HOW MUCH DO THE MEALS COST & HOW DO I PAY FOR THEM?

The prices for all meals are listed inside the front cover of the menu. All meals come with a free juice.

Method of payment is by direct debit from a nominated bank account each fortnight.

HOW ARE MEALS ORDERED AND IN WHAT AMOUNTS? Deliveries are made weekly. When the first order is delivered, you are left with an order form for the following week; this order form is then picked up the following week for the next delivery. This enables you to order at your leisure. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NO LONGER REQUIRE THE SERVICE? Cancellation - If you find you no longer require the service please contact the office on 4262 1918. Hospitalisation/Emergency - If you are hospitalised or have an emergency situation please phone the office (or ask a friend, family member or the Hospital to contact the office) to suspend meal delivery until further notice. If we are aware of your situation then suitable arrangements can be made. WHAT IF I HAVE TO GO OUT WHEN THE MEAL IS DUE TO BE DELIVERED? You need to contact the office. This will allow us to cancel the meal or make alternative arrangements. The National Food Hygiene Standards state that a meal must be eaten immediately or placed in the freezer. In order for the meal to provide nutritional value, the standards do not allow meals to be left in containers to be collected later.
