Fruska GoraOne of the most popular one day destinations in Serbia that is protected by The National Park of Nature. I’t also called The Third Saint Mount because of it’s 17 monasteries. Fruska Gora is also known for having many locations for local people and tourists to relax.

Novi SadThe capital of Vojvodina is Novi Sad. There are lots of important old buildings like Matica Srpska which is the home of the oldest literary journal ’’Letopis’’ that was established in 1825. Novi Sad is home to three theaters: Hungarian,Theatre of the Youth and the oldest and biggest Serbian National Theatre. City’s landmark is Petrovaradin fortress which is located across the city over the Danube river. It was originally created as shelter for soldiers but now its popular sight with subways, museum and a big clock.It is the home of popular music show called Exit.

BeogradThe capital of Serbia is Belgrade.It is also the oldest Serbian city that has existed for 2oo years. Special attraction is Skadarlija, bohemian quarter, where there are top restaurants in the city. Ada Ciganlija is the largest and the most beautiful resort in Belgrade with nice beaches and sport fields. In Belgrade there are plenty of huge malls and a stage where many artists want to perform in called: „Beogradska Arena“.

Kustendorf-Wooden

TownJust a bit from there is Emir Kusturica’s rural village called Drvengrad. It is located near Mokra Gora and Višegrad. Kusturica said that he built this place where he can feel like home. Since 2008 it has been the host of an annual Kustendorf Music and Film festival, which shows music and movies from all around the world. It’s known for having no red carpet and nothing similar to Hollywood premiers. In 2010. Johny Depp had visited the village and during his visit, statue dedicated to him had been revealed.

East SerbiaIn East Serbia there are lots of

attractions: Canyon of Djerdap. Iron Gate, Soko Spa, Silver lake, Gamzigrad, Lepenski vir and others. In this part of country lots of caves are located: Ceremosnja Cave, Resavska Cave, Zlot Caves... Stara Mountain is a place where you can find numerous waterfalls, rivers and streams, and nearby is Homolje mountain.

Southern SerbiaThe most important tourist centers in Southern Serbia are Nis, Leskovac, Vranje and Pirot, all with rich cultural heritage. Something that is characteristic for this part is Devil’s Town. It’s a nature park tat was elected for : „The New 7 Wonders of the Nature“ but it came only in Top 77. It consists of clay figures which there are 202 in total, 2 sources of red highly acidic water called Red Hot and Devil’s Water.
