Letter from Sophy merSzei!Hello Beauties!
I canÕ t believe another month has already flown by! Time flies when youÕ re having fun-- and the girls at NovaLash have sure had a fun summer! Some of us were in Ve-gas a few weeks ago and held a basic, training course, an advanced training course and a trainers in-
struction course, adding many talented new lash artists to our team! Many of our advanced artists will be featured on our new website coming very soon.
I’m also very pleased to announce that we are now distrib-uting and training in Switzerland, thanks to the new mem-bers of our team, Alejandra and Peter Amann! We are very excited about this new endevour and I would like to thank Heather Hughes, our buyers consultant, for making this all possible!
Sophia Hak, our buyers coordinator, went to Cambodia for 10 days to volunteer at an orphanage called Home of Grace. Her team taught english, supplied food for villages and provided children with school supplies and books. This mission trip is very close to SophiaÕ s heart, as her family is from Cambodia and survived the Khmer Rouge Killing Fields where over 1.3 million Cambodians were murdered from 1975-1979. Her parents were able to escape and move to America, raising Sophia to be the first in her entire family to graduate from college. Alicia has done lashes for the Berns’ triplets, who survived a house fire when they were just 17 months old, en-hancing their beauty even more. They loved Alicia and NovaLash so much that one of them will be a new NovaLash lash artist in the near future right here in Texas!
Beyond lashes, Alicia also started a weight-loss man-agement program called Permanent Results to help women take control of their bodies and lives. She has inspired women all over the country to better them-selves, both inside and out, to live a happier life.
