Develop a list of drawings submittal and approvals required of shop drawings and details to the consultant and local authorities and other bodies as required and follow up the submission and approval processes

Prepare and supervise the production of coordinated architectural shop drawings with all necessary details in accordance to the tender drawings in order to submit to the consultants and relevant authorities for approvals in a timely, efficient and accurate basis to meet production targets and submission schedules and provide final as built drawings for submittal to consultant for approval, distribution to all relevant parties in order to complete the process or cycle

Supervise and generate the final architectural details of the project in order to present them to consultants and subcontractors for obtaining approval and to coordinate, review of all subcontractors’ drawings and details in order to submit to the consultants, relevant authorities for approvals in a timely, efficient and accurate basis

Supervise architects and architectural draftsman for the accuracy, quality and detail of shop drawings in order to maintain the decided production level and to assign the documentation work and monitor production in order to meet project schedule

Update the site team on the progress and design changes with respect to the engineering & detailing aspects of the project and ensure that drawings are timely received and communicated to construction team through the DMS (document control system)

Obtain and review of materials technical data sheets, samples and coordinate with material suppliers in order to ensure conformity with specifications, budget, and time frame and arrange for approval of all materials as per work schedule by providing documentation for procurement of suppliers and subcontractor
