happen between now and March 17th. Our office has written eight contracts in the last four weeks! Due to all of the

closings, we have very low inventory. Now, is the best time to list, if you are considering selling your unit.

time & treasures, and made the White Elephant sale a great success! The Ladies Club is proud and honored to report that since

MESSAGES FROM MANAGEMENT

EXECUTIVE MEETING FOR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS: Wednesday, March 29th

@ 2:00 P.M.

“MAINTENANCE WAS HERE”: Maintenance Department will always leave you this notice if you have

requested a work order and are not home. Please call the Management office during business hours at

(727) 393-7502 to reschedule. A work order must be filled out at the Management office in order for any work to be

done in your unit. The Maintenance Department cannot do work repairs to your unit without an authorized work order.

If you are a renter, you must have authorization from the owner of the unit before any work can be done!

RESIDENTS: Maintenance is due and payable on the 1st day of the Month without notice. Any maintenance fee

received after the 15th of the Month will incur a $25.00 late fee! Please do not leave payments on the counter outside

the office when unattended. Please use our drop box on the door for after hour payments.

ATTENTION WIFI USERS:

PEACOCK CENTER/LIBRARY/BILLARD/CARD ROOM HOURS: 8:30 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.

If you are using any of these areas for WIFI -- Please always respect the groups that are scheduled

for activities as well in the Peacock Center/Library/Billard/Card Room.

SAFETY & SECURITY: If you see someone suspicious on our property, please call Pinellas County Sheriff’s

Office at (727) 582-6200 and report it immediately. Pinellas County Sheriff’s Deputies patrol our community

several times during the evening hours. If it is an extreme emergency always dial 911!

POOL HOURS: Pool Hours: 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M (daily); please do not use the pool any time before or after these hours.

Please remember that the pool closes for chemical maintenance every Thursday @ 4:00pm until 9:00 am Friday mornings.

MGMT. OFFICE WINDOW HOURS: Management office window hours are 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 NOON & 1:00 P.M. - 3:00

P.M. (Closed 12:00-1:00 P.M.). Please do not leave payments or work orders on the counter outside the office when unattended.

FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY: After 5:00 P.M. and on weekends, if you have an emergency:

OUR EMERGENCY ANSWERING SERVICE NUMBER IS 499-3209 - (PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER FOR

ANY REASON OTHER THAN EMERGENCIES!) Please identify yourself, your building number, apartment number, phone

number and the nature of your emergency. The person on call will return the call and/or come to the complex for the emergency.
