Zavolan M, et al. “Moreover, AS is a major contributor to protein diversity, which, in part, explains the high complexity of mammals compared to much simpler organisms containing a similar numbers of genes.”

Albanell J, et al.ANDSlamon DJ, et al.

“ERBB2, or HER-2/neu, is an oncogene that is overexpressed in 20-30% of human breast carcinomas and is associated with poor prognosis, independent of the lymph node status”

Mukherji M, et al. “Moreover, a putative role for SFRS9 in cell migration was suggested, since migration was significantly retarded following the depletion of SFRS9 transcripts in ovarian cancer cell lines.”

Chastre E, et al. “Moreover, TRIP6 might enhance cell migration by binding to PDZ domain ofMAGI-1b/PTEN destabilizing membrane b-catenin and E-cadherin junctional complexes, promoting cell motility”

• Breast cancer affects a women's world population significantly, so it is very important from the chemical and molecular bases to establish the pattern of disease development and thus create a cost-effective treatments from specific sequences of DNA flange to better patient quality of life

• The importance of being able to manipulate DNA in vitro and from numerous analysis to identify specific sequences to understand and thus confirm the diversity of the human proteome, it is essential to create RNA libraries to offer solutions to the alterations in some genes in humans , Which currently cause diseases without a clear etiology and definitive treatment.

• This article seemed very interesting to us because we got to know one of the methods to identify new molecular markers that are useful for the analysis and recognition of certain hitherto incurable pathologies such as cancer.

• In our opinion, the work of this research is of great importance because it reveals valuable information about the diagnosis for breast cancer, and is an excellent correlation between molecular biology and clinical practice.
