SELF-IMAGE Remember that change is possible.

Keep in mind that change takes time.

Develop a self-criticism and begin to put it touse in taking a good look at the world.

You are not alone. Do not hesitate to reach

out to others. Have some compassion for yourself. Learn to

love and forgive others and most of all,

yourself.
