• Selection team is presenting the top 10 logo’s at today’s PAB’s meeting. (PAB Co - Chair requested that we only consider the top 7; however based on contest rules / communication with contestants we feel obligated to present the 10 – even if PAB only considers top 7)

• Notification to top 10 was made that they advanced to the semi-finals. • Two votes today (all PAB and Staff)

• 1. on first ballot write the three logo numbers associated with your favorites on the blanks.

• 2. Ballot one will be tallied and the top 3 announced. On the second ballot you need to vote to prioritize the three finalists 1=logo selected 2 & 3 are runner-up’s

• Motion required to validate selection – vote PAB members only. • Notification to finalists and invitation to attend the BOCC meeting for prize

awards will be made. • These three students will be acknowledged by BOCC at the March 6th

evening meeting
