Effectively manage over 130 personnel for the largest retrograde warehouse for the Department of Defense (DOD) with a combined stock valued in excess of $900 million, in support of two major divisions. Set up a Forward Redistribution Point with stock level of over 5,000 lines valued in excess of $12 million, which was directly responsible for decoupling of the supply chain in a contingency operational area. I implemented efficiencies which saved DOD over $10 million dollars by redistributing and cataloging of parts and equipment.

Operations Manager, Fort Lewis, Washington Manage the daily operations and training of a Corp level Materiel Management Center (CMMC) consisting of 270 personnel. Managed, coordinated and advised mid-level manager on employees and families in various issues ranging from administrative actions, awards, disciplinary, and evaluation for five departments. Accounted for and supervised the training, morale, health, and welfare guidance of the organization. Advised and assisted senior-level managers and staff, composed correspondence communicated decisions, and planning guidance of the senior manager. Analyzed and evaluated the operational effectiveness of the organization.

Materiel Manager Supervisor/Item Manager, Fort Lewis, Washington Supervised staff of 10 personnel in operating equipment used with petroleum and water distribution system, multi product pipeline system, processing, storage, accountability, and issuing of maintenance repair parts.Tracked unmatched and zero balance assets, managed excess posture, and challenged the National Inventory Control Point for non-creditable return parts, which saved DOD $3 Million annually.

Operations Manager Fort Lewis, Washington Manage the daily operations and POL supply logistic training of three companies with approximately 350 employees; advised mid-level management on employees training progression in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in Kandahar, Afghanistan Responsible for effectively communicating guidance render by senior management to include composing innovative solutions of complex issues.
