This is the latest versionof the companys secure, on-site automated translation solution for government organizations.

    Leveraging robust, statistically based technology, SDL LW ETS enables defense and intelligence agencies tohave timely access to mission-critical information that arrives in multiple languages and file formats. The latestrelease introduces several new advancements, including measurable improvements in performance and quality

    to address increasing translation demands.

    SDL LW ETS 5.3 delivers high-speed automated language translation for large volumes of text across a widespectrum of languages, to enable assimilation of content and collaboration among government organizations.Version 5.3 delivers:

    Improved compatibility with industry standards, including new Open Office and PDF versionsImproved language pair quality and performanceImproved integration capabilities via a new REST API

    New languages added: Lithuanian, Ukranian and Slovak

    This release also includes several technology advances that will enable SDL TrustScore to be deployed, out-of-the-box in an upcoming release. SDL TrustScore provides a quality score for each translation generated sothat analysts and intelligence workers without knowledge of a foreign language can confidently route or takeaction on the results of an automated translation.
