Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/f/d) Your job opportunity With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex's Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position

• Coach an agile team - one of our engineering teams, which is building new products for the Beyonnex ecosystem

• Find the right tools and methods for creating the best ideas and developing them to success • Foster an environment the framework to work efficiently and purposefully in a self-organized

manner and advocate this to stakeholders. • Mediate conflicts and help people find a great solution • Promote a culture of continuous improvement. • Drive a culture in which agile principles help focussing on our customers benefits • Willing to learn

What we need from you We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:

• You already have several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach • Your heart beats agile: You exemplify the agile mindset and thereby inspire your colleagues • You are an expert in agile tools and methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Flight Levels, …) as well

as team development • You move forward courageously, don’t shy away from new approaches and experiments, and

you encourage your team to act in the same way • You have strong communication skills, and enjoy networking
