DESCRIPTION
"How I discovered I had been an agile coach all my life without noticing." Céline has a background in HR and consulting. She's always been a facilitator at work, but couldn't find a proper job environment to live it out. She took her chance in different French and German cities in research, international organizations, associations, green business, business coaching... even crime prevention in eCommerce. She found out people management/HR was the best field for her to meet her need to be useful for the community. That was before she discovered Scrum and agile software development, where she now feels at home as a "servant leader" aka ScrumMaster. She enjoys good conversation, good food, live music, all you can dance and is very happy to be back in the most thrilling city in Europe: Berlin.
