DOWN  PAYMENT  GROWTH  PROGRAM  

This   is   a   Down   Payment   Growth   Program   receipt   agreement,   which   states   that   SC   Coastal  Investments  will  perform  the  service  of  looking  for  a  suitable  home  in  which  the  applicant  has  stated   some   characteristics   he/she   is   looking   for.   The   applicant   will   be   given   location   of  property   and   access   instructions   to  which   they  will   have   48   hours   to  make   a   decision.   If   an  agreement   has   been   reached   between   SC   Coastal   Investments   and   the   applicant,   then   the  down  payment  that  has  been  built  up  in  an  account  under  SC  Coastal  Investments  will  apply  to  the   property.   If   the   applicant   does   not   like   the   property   then   SC   Coastal   Investments   will  continue   to   look   for   suitable   property.   In   the   event   the   applicant   would   like   to   end   this  program  and  receive  their  money  back,  a  fee  of  $97.00  will  be  paid  to  SC  Coastal  Investments  for  their  services.
