implementation of the project which involves - Business BluePrint,
Realization, Testing, Go live and post go live support.
End to End can be related to a particular business process. For
example, we can consider Order to Cash asend to end cycle. This
will involve - creation of a Sales Order, Delivery, Billing ,
Customer Payment.
SAP full life cycle starts with Reqirements gathering to
go-live.

I hope you are refering to the Project assignment when you
create Transport requests.The assignment to a Project is just for
grouping Transport requests .
This would help to group all the development objects created for
a specific purpose under many Transportrequests .
Now this grouping of such requests can be transported together
to another system for example.
