TGT (Natural Science), POST CODE-135/17 IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No.04/2017 DATED 20/12/2017 hadadvertised total 222 vacancies (UR-143, OBC-33, SC-31 & ST-15 includingPH/OH-03 & PH/VH-03) for the post of TGT (Natural Science) Male under Postcode-135/17 in Directorate of Education with closing date as 31.01.2018. Tier-Iexamination in online computer based examination mode was conducted on29.09.2018.

2. On the basis of online examination of Tier-1 held on 29.09.2018 and havingbeen found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support ofeducational qualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement No.04/2017 andRRs for the post of TGT(Natural Science), Post Code-135/17 in Directorate ofEducation, a total of 204 (UR-136, OBC-22, SC-29, ST-14, PH/OH-03) wereprovisionally nominated vide Result No.455 dated 28/05/2019 and thecandidature of 13 candidates (04- UR,06-0BC,02-SC and ST-Ol) were keptpending for want of clarification/documents and their documents were recalled w.e.f.30.05.2019 to 08.06.2019. These candidates were also informed separatelythrough SMS on their registered Mobile Number and out of these the candidature of05-0BC category candidate was kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi)status from Revenue department.

3. Out of these 08 candidates, whose candidature were kept pending fordeficient documents, 04 candidates have uploaded the requisite documents andafter scrutiny of the documents uploaded by these candidates, they were foundeligible and is being provisionally nominated. Further, the candidature of 05candidates under OBC category which has been kept pending for verification oftheir OBC (Delhi) status is also been nominated for thorough verification regardingtheir OBC (Delhi) status at the level of the user department.

4. Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No.455 dated 28.05.2019, thecandidates detailed below are also provisionally selected on the basis of onlineexamination of Tier-I held on 29.09.2018 and having been found provisionallyeligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification etc. inaccordance with advertisement No.04/2017 and RRs for the post of TGT(NaturalScience) Post Code-135/17.

The selection of the above candidate shall further be subject to genuinenessof the documents on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all theeligibility conditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions ofadvertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verification of theiridentity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc. on theapplication form, admission certificate etc. The candidature of the above candidatesare liable to be cancelled by the User Department also, in case the candidates arefound not to be fulfilling the terms & conditions of the advertisement invitingapplications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of the Departmentconcerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidates after being satisfiedabout their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and after verification ofthe correctness of the information furnished in the application form and thedocuments related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essential certificates.

6. The User department shall also check the eligibility of the reservationbenefit, if anv. Further, if applicable, User Department shall verify thegenuineness of the Caste Certificate furnished by the candidate prior toissuing offer of appointment to the candidates. The Competent Authority ofthe User Department shall arrange to verify the correctness of theinformation/documents as furnished in the application forms and e-dossiervis-ii-vis the original documents. The User department is requested toascertain the scrutiny/correctness of the same at their own level beforeissuing the offer of appointment to the provisionally selected candidates.Further the a ointin authorit shall verif and satisf itsel a out the

authenticity of documents/certificates and essential qualification for thepost before finally appointing the candidate. The User department is alsorequested to rectify/correct, in case any minor/clerical error/deficiencynoticed in the documents of the candidate at their own level.

7. The User department shall verify the genuineness of the Castecertificate furnished by the candidates in the light of NotificationNo.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08/09/1993 issued by DOPTand otherinstructions/guidelines issued from time to time by the Competentauthorities prior to issuance of offer of appointment to the candidate. It isfurther stated that prior to appointment, the user department must satisfy,itself, that the above candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria asprescribed for entitlement of OBC(Delhil certificate as specified in variousorders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated 07/03/2017 issued byRevenue Deptt .• GNCTDafter thorough verification of Caste Certificate.

8. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified fromthe Issuing authority. Further, if applicable, User department shall verify thegenuineness of the Caste certificate furnished by the candidate prior to issuingofficer of appointment to the candidates. in case of the OBC candidates, it may alsobe verified that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer of the schedule ofGovt. of India, DOPT O.M. No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993,O.M. No.36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14.10.2009 and36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

9. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theappointment letter to the candidates after being satisfied about their eligibility aslaid down in the recruitment rules and after verification of the correctness of theinformation/documents as furnished in the application for and e dossier vis-a-vis theoriginal documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essentialcertificates as per Instructions issued by Govt. of India in this regard vide MHAOMNo.2/29/54-RRs 19-11-54. .

10. Further, the candidature of candidates at S.No.4(iii) of OBCcategorywere kept pending earlier for want of verification of their OBCstatus. Sincethe verification of OBC status from Revenue Department is takingconsiderable period of time and delaying the recruitment process, the Boardhas decided to provisionally nominate these candidates and the Userdepartment may verify the OBCstatus of the candidates from the Revenuedepartment as per the guidelines issued by GNCT of Delhi vis a visdocuments filed by the candidates with regard to his/her place of birth andeducational qualifications before issuance of offer of appointment in termsof MHAOM No.2/29/54-RRs 19-11-54.

11. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is inconformity with DOPTguidelines and instructions of Govt issued from timeto time.

12. Further, the candidature of 04 candidates is kept pending for insufficientdocuments, as per details given below. They are being given second and finalopportunity to upload pending/ requisite/applicable documents in the e dossiermodule within the stipulated time, i.e. from 14/10/2019 to 20/10/2019 failingwhich their candidature will be rejected and no further opportunity r" b givenwhatsoever ground:-_~----,dp r- /

14. The e-dossier module link for above purpose shall be activated from 14/10/2019 to20/10/2019.

15. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does not conferany right upon the candidate over the post unless the User department is satisfiedafter such inquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable inall respect for appointment to the post.

16. The recruitment process for the post of TGT(Natural Science), Post Code-135/17stands closed in all respect.

17. Further, as per result notice no. 455 dated 28/05/2019 wait list panel for thepost code 135/17 shall be valid for a period of one year, i.e. upto 27.05.2020.
