RECOMMENDATION LETTER

To whom it may concern,

This letter is regarding the candidature of Miss Kornelija Macevičiūtė for the position of

International Federation of Medical Student Associations (IFMSA) Liaison Officer to Student

Organisations.

I have known Miss Macevičiūtė since autumn 2013, when Lithuanian Medical Student

Association (LiMSA) started a process on becoming a member of Lithuanian Health Forum. Since

then we had several meetings and organized a conference under the auspices of the Lithuanian

Presidency of the Council of European Union called “Sustainable Health Systems for Inclusive

Growth in Europe”.

Miss Macevičiūtė was the key person in contact with the Health Forum on behalf of

Lithuanian medical students. She assisted to the organization of the conference by coordinating

volunteers throughout the event, as well as contributed to the development of Vilnius Declaration as

a student representative. During our collaboration she showed excellent communication skills, active

participation, as well as sincere work and innovative vision towards health issues.

Based on her performance, I would like to recommend Miss Kornelija Macevičiūtė for the

position of Liaison Officer to Student Organisations.

Yours sincerely,

Prof. Vilius Jonas Grabauskas

President, Health Forum; Chancellor,

Medical Academy, Lithuanian University of Health Sciences
